    钢制高频焊翅片管散热器生产工艺流程:1、材质:钢管厚度为2.5mm。强度高,延2性好,冲压后无裂纹,增加了材料本身的抗腐蚀能力。减少了钢材的氧化腐蚀,从材质上保证了散热器的寿命。 2、焊接方式:我公司采用全自动氩弧焊接工艺,单面焊接,双面成型,焊缝均匀光滑,无夹渣、无焊馏,焊接质量高,优于其他厂家手工焊接或电阻焊接造成的焊接缺陷。

    翅片管焊接:采用高频自动焊接设备焊接,翅带焊接率≥85%。
