Although, we can not deny the advantages of epoxy wear-resistant floor, but in order to achieve good results, construction is also a very important link, so how to control the construction effect of epoxy wear-resistant floor, mainly from three main aspects, to ensure good bonding between wear-resistant materials and cement concrete and the whole floor. The color of the floor is uniform, effective measures should be taken to prevent shrinkage cracks and the smoothness of the floor surface should be strictly controlled. The following is a simple explanation for this problem.
1. To ensure the good bond between wear-resistant materials and cement concrete base and the color of the floor is consistent, mainly controlling the spreading time of wear-resistant materials and the spreading amount per square meter. Spreading should be selected at the initial setting stage of concrete, and the spreading amount per square meter should be spread twice to achieve uniform distribution, with the spreading amount being 6-8 kg/m2.
2. Preventing shrinkage cracks on wear-resistant floors mainly includes two aspects: one is to control the dryness of concrete surface before spreading wear-resistant materials; if there is water on concrete surface, it must be cleaned up before spreading, otherwise dry shrinkage cracks will easily occur in the Water-accumulated parts; the other is to cut expansion joints in time and pour them into cement concrete; the other is to control the dryness of concrete surface before spreading wear-resistant materials. It will be cut after 1-2 days after completion of the wearable Floor.
3. The smoothness of floor construction is mainly controlled by the smoothness of cement concrete base. Wear-resistant material is only a thin dense layer on the surface, so controlling the smoothness of the surface before the initial setting of concrete is the key process. It is suggested to strictly control the smoothness of cement concrete pouring, and it can be leveled one or two times after scraping. In addition, in the two adjacent construction joints of concrete, because near the construction joints template, the polishing machine is not easy to grind when the floor is formed, so it is easy to cause height difference at the construction joints.
