    1、“新”,是指环氧地坪产品及工艺花样翻新。环氧地坪产品已从最初单一的耐磨地坪发展到环氧树脂地坪、防腐环氧地坪、PVC环氧地坪、水泥自流平、艺术混凝土地坪等等,环氧地坪又发展为环氧彩砂、环氧磨石等等,种类繁多,品种齐全。每一种产品中又分门别类、自成一体,如环氧地坪就包括涂装型、高强砂浆型、自流平型、水性环保型、彩砂丽质型、重质型、导静电型等,不一而足,特别是彩砂和环氧石英石等新品种,市场接受程度很快。

    3、“高”,是指客户对产品的要求不断提高和项目产值高。从功能上看地坪不但要发挥传统意义上的作用,即承载动静荷,承受磨擦损耗、冲击损坏及水、酸、碱、盐、油、清洗剂等液体的侵蚀,客户还要求其外表美观,色彩一致,因此地坪又承担着美化环境的作用,少数客户甚至要求地坪具有防爆性、防火性、防静电性等特殊功能。从质量上看客户要求也越来越高,有的客户要求对使用年限做出明确的会同约定。从产值上随着客户对地面的重视和工程建筑规模的增大,地坪工程单个项目的产值也在不断提高,如一些公司承揽的某地下车库环氧地坪产值300万元、某物流库耐磨地坪200余万元,参与过的许多烟草建设项目环氧彩砂、环氧石英石地坪招投标中,其标的多为上千万元。
