According to the types of epoxy abrasion resistant floor coatings, the surface coating can be constructed by brush or scraping. For thick film coatings, mix the two components evenly according to the proportion requirements, and use 1mm scraper coating after curing. During scraping, thick film should be kept as uniform as possible without any leakage. When scraping, the moving speed of the scraper should be uniform, and the angle between the scraper and the ground plane should be about 30 degrees to ensure the film thickness. The number of scraper passes depends on the thickness requirements. Ordinary epoxy coatings can be constructed by brush method. The interval between the two surfaces should be above 18h, but not more than 48h. The coatings should be used up as soon as possible to prevent the viscosity of the coatings from rising and the bubbles in the coatings are difficult to discharge.
Epoxy floor maintenance:
After the surface coating has been applied and completely cured, it should be applied for more than 24 hours before it can be applied, and 72 hours after it can be repressed. (at 25 C, the opening time at low temperature should be extended moderately).
