    二、环氧地坪起泡原因:

    环氧地坪起水泡多发生在一楼或地下室,有时二楼以上也时有发生,环氧地坪起水泡一般在施工后不久就发现,有的上午铺贴的环氧地坪下午就有水泡。水泡由小到大,不断发展,发展到一定程度后停止。气温越高,水泡就越容易发生,发展的速度也越快。水泡形状各异,其大小不一。有的水泡直径达1m以上,高度达20~50mm。 水泡的产生与施工地区没有明显的关系,同一地区有的严重,有的较轻,有的完好。起水泡的原因,是大家关心的一个问题,剖开水泡发现,泡内都含有水分或炎黄色液体,环氧地面层与基层脱离,粘在基层上的胶结料被拉成峰窝状;很多地区在炎热的夏季地面的极端辐射热可达70.C左右,在这样的高温下,环氧胶结料已经软化粘力大大降低,因此就形同向轮胎内渐渐鼓气一样,使环氧地面层中鼓起了大包,将胶结料被拉成蜂窝状;其中没有起水泡的部分环氧层和地面部分粘结不牢固,仔细观测接触部分,也会发现有无法固化的部分,原因是环氧有潮气不能固化;那么水分从何处来的呢?主要有以下几个水的来源:1.基层、如水泥砂浆找平层,最大含水率达12%左右,基层的最大含水量大于找平层。2.环氧中的其它配料内的脱水不尽。3.环氧和基层施工时结合不好留下空隙和环氧本身的化学活性,没有完全固化或者是遇到潮湿气没有完全固化的残留物或气体。4.基层的地下渗透的潮湿气体。

There are mainly the following sources of water: 1. The base, such as cement mortar leveling layer, the maximum moisture content of about 12%, the maximum moisture content of the base is greater than the leveling layer. 2. other ingredients in epoxy are not dehydrated. 3. The combination of epoxy and base course construction is not good enough to leave voids and the chemical activity of epoxy itself, not completely cured or encounter moisture not completely cured residue or gas. 4. grass-roots underground infiltration of moist gas.

    因此,在很多潮湿地区或地下停车场建议做固化剂地坪比较经济实惠。
