Some new degreasing agents indicate the temperature of oil removal, especially the upper limit, which should be emphasized.
Generally speaking, the higher the temperature, the lighter the oil pollution, the shorter the degreasing time, prolong the degreasing time, can improve the degreasing effect.
However, the long time of degreasing, alkaline drugs are easy to be absorbed by the micropores of the substrate, and the substrate is slightly corroded and passivated, which brings difficulties to the washing step.
