    厂房内刷的环氧树脂地坪漆油污怎样去掉?

    常用的材料有:氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、硅酸盐类、磷酸盐类。用碱液清除环氧地坪漆涂膜上的油污~碱液除油主要是借助碱的皂化作用,清除被涂环氧地坪漆表面的油脂和轻微污染物,达到表面净化的目的。碱液的浓度越高,越有利于皂化反应进程,使油污与溶液之间的表面张力降低,易于除油。

Alkali solution is used to remove grease and slight contaminants on the surface of the coated floor paint to achieve the purpose of surface purification. The higher the concentration of alkali solution, the more conducive to the saponification process, so that the surface tension between the oil and the solution is reduced, easy to remove oil. 

    碱液脱脂剂的组成和使用方法对除油有很大影响,例如,含有表米娜活性剂的碱液脱脂比单独的碱性物脱脂效果好,但要注意不能产生过多的泡沫。

    碱液清洗的常用材料:除地坪漆漆膜上油污用碱的必备条件为:能溶解油脂,能形成较高的碱度,具有分散胶状物质的作用,易水洗干净,化学稳定性好,耐热,无毒,腐蚀性小等。

    碱液除油方法由于使用价格低廉的碱液,使用简便、好管理,可形成机械化生产,曾被广泛使用。

    擦拭法:根据处理对象和油污程度的不同,可采取多种清洗方法,地面使用的主要是擦拭法。

    除油通常是表面处理的第一道工序,对于有些常年浸泡油脂的地面,有时除油后,仍会有油从下面泛上来,还需再次甚至多次除油。

    地面碱液除油时,用毛刷、混凝土密封固化剂抹布和棉纱等蘸取碱液或混合碱性脱脂剂,对带油表面进行擦拭清洁。此法为手工操作,效率低、劳动条件差,但不需要专门设备、成本低、操作灵活性大。

    一般作为除油处理的预处理步骤,先除去表面浮尘、碎屑、厚油污,再用碱液进行除油。

    须注意的是碱液的浓度和操作温度都不可过高,要加强劳动保护,特别注意防止碱液对皮肤和眼角膜的损伤。

    除油温度,总的来说提高除油温度,有利于皂化反应的进行,又可使熔点较高的油污软化,还有利于侵润和乳化作用,因此,可提高除油效率,加快除油速度。但过高的温度将消耗大量能源。

    一些新型的脱脂剂都标明了除油时的温度,特别是使用上限,应予以重视。

    除油时间,一般来说,温度越高,油污越轻,脱脂时间越短,延长脱脂时间,可提高除油效果。

    Generally speaking, the higher the temperature, the lighter the oil pollution, the shorter the degreasing time, prolong the degreasing time, can improve the degreasing effect. 

    但脱脂时间过长,碱性药品易被基面的微孔吸收,并使基面受到轻度腐蚀和钝化,给水洗步骤带来困难。

    However, the long time of degreasing, alkaline drugs are easy to be absorbed by the micropores of the substrate, and the substrate is slightly corroded and passivated, which brings difficulties to the washing step.
