    厂家揭示混凝土起砂的原因以及解决方法

    工地上常常使用界面剂搅拌水泥进行涂刮,希望将起砂部位覆盖,事实上这样不会达到预期效果,一般情况干燥后表层又会龟裂,剥落,大面积起壳。这是由于基层未处理好的原因,基层起粉,想通过覆盖达到修复的效果是完全错误的想法。混凝土表面硬化剂针对混凝土起砂而研制,混凝土充分吸收硬化剂后可以根治起砂问题。

    1. 水灰比过大:即拌合的混凝土水量大,导致混凝土表面泌水,降低混凝土表面强度。

    2. 砂石料的级配不合理、含泥量高:骨料级配不合理、过细的土砂也易导致地面起砂,影响水泥的早期水化及混凝土的凝结。

    一、材料特点:

    1. Material characteristics: 

    混凝土表面硬化剂是一种无毒、无味、绿色环保的液体材料,通过与混凝土渗透产生化学反应,形成致密结晶体。施工简便,只需喷洒和涂刷即可达到理想的耐磨、增硬、增亮效果;

    渗透固化:有效渗透1~3mm,与混凝土中的物质产生化学反应,形成致密整体;抗压强度提高10%~40%,有效提高硬度、密度;

    增亮抗渗:增硬后的地面具有光泽,感观效果好,防止水分油污渗入混凝土内部。

    三、材料用法:

    Three. Material usage: 

    分两步进行,先用1#号料进行增硬处理,再用2#料进行耐磨处理即可。

    1. 基层要求

    对于起砂地面进行清扫,无浮灰,保持干燥(可允许潮湿,但不得有明水)

    2.增硬处理

    直接喷洒1#料,保证基层充分浸润吸收,随时补充被吸收的1#料,持浸润状态,使整个地面完全浸透;随时将低洼处多余的1#料扫至已吸收处,应保证30分钟内基层充分吸收1号料,且不应有余料堆积; 起砂严重的地面可连续多次重复喷洒1#料一遍。

    3.耐磨处理

    1#料施工24小时后采用2#料直接涂刷于经过增硬处理的地面,一遍即可,应均匀饱满,不需养护,干燥后可正常使
