    防滑性能是环氧地坪漆施工验收的一个重要指标

    环氧地坪漆具有提升表面摩擦系数的性能,因此做好环氧地坪之后,可以得到更好的防滑效果。按照科学的理论,判断地面是否防滑,主要是通过测量地面的摩擦系数是否足够大来判定。而在日常经验中,经常会以物体表面的光滑程度来判断是否防滑,这对于大多数物体来说,是有效的,但是也有很多物质光靠表面光滑性是无法判定的,环氧地坪漆就是这样的一种物质。防滑性能是环氧地坪漆工程的一个重要指标,在企业生产环境中,需要对地面安全有更好的保障就必须防止地面打滑现象的发生。

    我们工程师通过对环氧地坪漆施工前后的表面摩擦系数的测试,得到以下一组对比数据:

    施工前普通水泥地面摩擦系数:干燥状态为0.71,湿润状态为0.47

    Friction coefficient of common cement ground before construction: dry state is 0.71, wet state is 0.47

    施工后环氧地坪表面摩擦系数:干燥状态为0.86,湿润状态为0.69

    After construction, the surface friction coefficient of epoxy floor is 0.86 in dry state and 0.69 in wet state.

    从数据我们可以得知,干燥状态下,环氧环氧地坪的摩擦系数提升了21.13%;湿润状态下,提升了46.80%。就算是在湿润状态,0.69的摩擦系数也很接近干燥状态下的水泥表面的0.71了,环氧环氧地坪大大地提升了地面的防滑性能。

    From the data, we can know that the friction coefficient of epoxy floor increases by 21.13% in dry state and 46.80% in wet state. Even in the wet state, the friction coefficient of 0.69 is close to 0.71 of the cement surface in the dry state, and the epoxy floor greatly improves the anti-skid performance of the ground.

    在美国的《美国公民意外伤残法案》中,明确要求行人行走地面摩擦系数需高于0.6,斜坡表面需要达到0.8以上,而国内并无相关规定。虽然如此,但是在做了环氧地坪的场合中,我们的摩擦系数早已超过美国的标准,即使是湿润状态下,也超过了美国的相关要求。

    In the American Citizens'Accidental Disability Act, it is explicitly required that the coefficient of friction of pedestrians walking on the ground should be higher than 0.6, and the slope surface should be more than 0.8, while there is no relevant domestic regulation. Nevertheless, in the case of epoxy flooring, our friction coefficient has already exceeded the standard of the United States, even in the wet state, it has exceeded the relevant requirements of the United States.

    以上测试使用的是平涂型环氧面漆,而采用环氧微珠防滑面漆,则摩擦系数进一步提高。微珠面漆是针对防滑要求更高的场合使用,在停车场、斜坡,以及类似于养老院、幼儿园等场合的应用,都有很高的使用价值。在施工方面,微珠面漆简单易操作的特点,使其取代了以往的桔皮地坪,成为新一代的超防滑环氧涂料。

    The above test uses flat epoxy topcoat, while the friction coefficient is further improved by using epoxy microsphere anti-skid topcoat. Micro-bead topcoat is used for occasions with higher anti-skid requirements. It has high application value in parking lots, slopes, and similar occasions such as nursing homes and kindergartens. In construction, the micro-bead finish is easy to operate, which replaces the orange peel flooring and becomes a new generation of super-skid-resistant epoxy paint.
