    2、胺类固化剂中游离胺成份直接与环氧树脂聚合,导致局部范围的升温,加速变黄。

    3、叔胺类促进剂、壬基酚促进剂在热氧、UV照射下都易变色。

    抗氧剂的分类,一种是主抗氧剂:捕获过氧化自由基,主要是受阻酚抗氧剂;一种是辅助抗氧剂:分解氢过氧化物,主要是亚磷酸酯类、硫代酯类。一般情况下,依据各个厂家的出产工艺及原料、溶剂、助剂、填料,哪个阶段的黄变,黄变程度的不同,而建议使用不同的抗氧剂。

    其实,抗氧剂与紫外线吸收剂的使用并不能从根本上解决环氧地坪黄变问题,但是在一定的范围和一定的时间内,仍是能有效地防止产品氧化黄变,保持产品水色透明,提高地坪产品的档次。
