    怎样测试混凝土密封固化剂的好坏

    一、测试硬度

    做过混凝土密封固化剂的地面和没做的地面,用钥匙或钢刀刻划,一般划不伤或有显著进步的,固化剂均是有效的。相反,无显著进步的,就要考虑是否有效。

    二、测试密封性

    由于密封性决定混凝土是否继承碱化和风化、起尘、防污防渗,是否易清洁等方面。在施工完,直接滴水在表面测试,水成珠越圆越丰满的,说明密封性越好,不易成珠的,易分散的,不丰满的,说明密封性较差。

    三、测试亮度和透明结晶层

    在不施工加光剂的情况下,化学反应形成的晶体越多,越紧密,它反射光线越平均,越多,用眼睛观看亮度会越好。好材料因形成的晶体多,施工完能看到很薄的透明结晶层,差的则很少或没有,所以亮度和透明结晶层也是材料好坏的指标之一。

    1.是否有手滑感来判定

    “手滑感”,实际上大部门碱性溶液,是通过腐蚀人的皮肤,而产生手滑的感觉,如起蜡水、肥皂水、碱性的混凝土密封固化剂,但市道市情酸性的混凝土密封固化剂的材料,就没有这种感觉。手滑感只是碱性溶液的一个共同特点,而不能以来判定材料的好坏。

    2.以是否泡沫来判定

    实际上混凝土中的毛孔中,存有一定的空气。渗透渗出快的,为稀的溶液,置换毛孔中的空气就快,空气快速排出,就有冒泡现象。相反渗透渗出慢的,为稠的溶液,空气排出慢,可能冒泡现象就少或没有。所以冒泡只是空气排出的一种现象,而不能用来判定材料的好坏。
