    客户施工如何防止环氧地坪漆起泡呢?

    有时候在环氧地坪漆铺设一段时间之后,会发现环氧地坪出现了起泡的问题,这是非常令人烦心的事情。引起环氧地坪起泡的主要原因是由于基层未完全封闭或在面层施工前未消除及放气遗漏。一旦发现需要我们及时的进行处理才好,那么,我们应该如何防止环氧地坪漆起泡呢?综合以上环氧地坪漆的起泡方法,想必大家对环氧地坪的起泡有了更深一步的认识。因此,无论是在前期对环氧地坪的施工,还是选择原材料,甚至是后期的维护保养,都应当引起我们的重视,将起泡的现象扼杀在摇篮里。

    环氧地坪起泡处理

    1、基层上面做好防水层

    1. Do a good job of waterproof layer on the base


    防止水汽向上渗透,控制好基层或是防水层,含水率要低,基层或防水层抗压强度大于20Mpa,进行环氧施工。

    To prevent water vapor from penetrating upward and control the base or waterproof layer, the water content should be low. The compressive strength of the base or waterproof layer is greater than 20 Mpa, so the epoxy construction should be carried out.


    2、加强基层面的检查和处理

    2. Strengthen the inspection and treatment of grass-roots level


    在做面层前的每道涂层镘刮后,检查一遍,表面是否有气泡,有的区域是竹扫把平刷一道,给气泡放气,一定要仔细检查,不能有任何遗漏,确定无误待涂膜固化后再进行下一道工序。

    3、提高环氧地坪层和基层防水层的粘结力

    通过提高环氧地坪层和基层防水层的粘结力,来克服初起水泡账,避免地坪水泡发生。

    By improving the cohesion of epoxy flooring layer and waterproof layer, we can overcome the initial blister account and avoid the occurrence of blisters on the flooring.


    4、地坪施工中防止起泡

    4. Prevention of Foaming in Floor Construction


    底层应该选择质量好的材料,让一部分渗透到基层或是防水层中,形成了一个整体。还可以提高粘结能力,防止残留的物质。

    The bottom layer should choose good quality materials, so that part of the permeation into the grass-roots or waterproof layer, forming a whole. It can also improve the bonding ability and prevent residual substances.


    5、地坪施工后预防起泡

    5. Foaming prevention after floor construction


    环氧地坪施工完了之后不要让阳光直接照晒,可以检查环氧层表面和里面的温差。

    After the construction of epoxy floor, do not let the sun shine directly, you can check the temperature difference between the surface and inside of the epoxy layer.


    6、基层或是防水层上面清理干净

    6. Clean up the base or waterproof layer


    处理清理干净之外在施工完毕之后的环氧地坪层或是基层之间不要有空隙。

    There should be no gap between the epoxy flooring or the grass-roots after the construction.
