For example, the ground roughness is required to be within 2M and the drop is less than 2mm, and the water content is less than 6%.
The adhesion of coatings is the first test item for floor coating. When the thickness of the coating is less than 500 micron, the scratch method is adopted (scratch method: cutting the coating with a cutter until the substrate forms scratches of different shapes, then tearing them off with adhesive tape to check the peeling of the coating, and then rating the adhesion of the coating). If the distance between the blades is 1 mm, the thickness of the coating is less than 60 micron; if the distance between the blades is 2 mm, the thickness of the coating is less than 60 micron. When the blade spacing is 3 mm, the thickness is more than 121 micron.
If the painting ground is at the bottom, because the groundwater level is relatively high, waterproofing treatment should be done well.
