    环氧地坪在施工过程中可能出现裂缝,但原因很多。出现这种现象,但防治措施基本相同。施工缝处理、温度应力裂缝处理和伸缩缝处理是经常采用的方法。地面施工常用的基层类型有混凝土地面、水泥砂浆地面和水磨石地面,其来源广、粘度低、灌浆能力好、扩散能力强、施工方便、机械强度高,能抵抗混凝土所遭受的大部分化学侵蚀。

    混凝土楼板施工中常出现温度应力裂缝。造成这些裂缝的主要原因是基础和混凝土内外的温差过大或由于其他原因引起的应力释放。根据表现的不同,可分为表面裂纹、深裂纹和贯通裂纹。

The main cause of these cracks is the excessive temperature difference between the foundation and concrete or the stress release caused by other reasons. According to the different performance, it can be divided into surface crack, deep crack and through crack.

    在一定条件下,表面裂纹发展为深裂纹,深裂纹发展为穿透裂纹。因此,如果不及时修复裂缝,将直接影响环氧地坪的装饰效果。

    环氧地坪伸缩缝处理

    根据结构布置、地质条件及施工布置,施工强度等在结构物中设置的横向缝,为满足结构变形的要求,缝面间一般不应有刚性填充物。因伸缩缝需满足整体建筑物的应力变化,所以对于伸缩缝处理需用弹性材质,外面铺设金属板材进行保护。
