    环氧地坪出现裂缝的原因和处理方法

    环氧地坪工程的施工中,比较常见的基层为混凝土地面,水泥砂浆地面、水磨石地面、金刚砂硬化地面,这些都是水泥基材料。在施工中,基面经常会出现裂缝问题,出现裂缝的原因在宏观上都是一样的。那么,环氧地坪出现裂缝的原因是什么,要怎么处理?由此可见,环氧地坪出现裂缝对环氧地坪涂装表面会造成很大的影响。我们需要及时采取相应的方法去解决,保证环氧地坪的美观。

    混凝土楼板施工中常出现温度应力裂缝。造成这些裂缝的主要原因是基础和混凝土内外的温差过大或由于其他原因引起的应力释放。根据表现的不同,可分为表面裂纹、深裂纹和贯通裂纹。

According to the different performance, it can be divided into surface crack, deep crack and through crack.



    在一定条件下,表面裂纹发展为深裂纹,深裂纹发展为穿透裂纹。因此,如果不及时修复裂缝,将直接影响环氧地坪的装饰效果。

    根据结构布置、地质条件及施工布置,施工强度等在结构物中设置的横向缝,为满足结构变形的要求,缝面间一般不应有刚性填充物。因伸缩缝需满足整体建筑物的应力变化,所以对于伸缩缝处理需用弹性材质,外面铺设金属板材进行保护。

    因为混凝土施工和本身变形的一些问题,硬化成型的混凝土中存在着很多微孔隙、微裂缝,使混凝土呈现出一些非均质的特性。工业厂房地面浇筑的混凝土大多采用商品混凝土,混凝土原材料的质量控制、配合比和混凝土搅拌、运送、泵送技术含量要求比较高,所以不可避免地混凝土会出现裂缝。

    Because of some problems of concrete construction and deformation, there are many micro-pore and micro-crack in hardened concrete, which makes concrete show some heterogeneous characteristics. Commodity concrete is mostly used in the ground pouring of industrial factory buildings. The quality control of raw materials, mix proportion of concrete and the technical content of concrete mixing, transportation and pumping are relatively high, so cracks will inevitably appear in concrete.


    混凝土裂缝一般可以分为伸缩缝、施工缝、温度应力裂缝。

    伸缩缝:伸缩缝是根据结构布置、地质条件和施工布置、施工强度等在结构物中设置的横向缝。因为伸缩缝需要满足整体建筑物的应力变化,所以对于伸缩缝处理需用弹性材质,外面铺设金属板材进行保护。

    施工缝:施工缝指的是在混凝土浇筑过程中,因为设计要求或者施工需要分段浇筑而在先、后浇筑的混凝土之间形成的接缝。施工缝只是因后浇筑混凝土超过初凝的时间,而与先浇筑的混凝土之间存在一个结合面,此结合面就称之为施工缝。这不是真正的“缝”。

    温度应力裂缝:在混凝土中出现最多的裂缝就是温度应力裂缝。施工过程中由于基础温差和混凝土内外温差过大,导致温度应力裂缝产生。根据温度应力裂缝表现形式上的不同,温度应力裂缝又可分为表面裂缝、深层裂缝、贯通裂缝三种。在一定条件下,表面裂缝会发展成深层裂缝,深层裂缝也会发展成贯穿裂缝,如果不及时对裂缝进行修复,将会直接影响到环氧地坪的装饰效果。混凝土温度应力深层裂缝和贯通裂缝,属于结构破坏裂缝,表层修补基本作用不大,需从裂开基面彻底切开进行修补补强。伸缩缝和施工缝是为满足混凝土应力变化而人为设置的。温度应力裂缝是由于混凝土本身应力变化而产生的,需要我们及时去处理。

Expansion joints and construction joints are set artificially to meet the change of concrete stress. Temperature stress cracks are caused by the stress changes of concrete itself, which need to be treated in time.
