Lacquer has insufficient wettability to the base material, or the base material is not treated cleanly.
Solvent volatilization is too fast, using too fast dilute material or heating too fast;

Formation of prickly heat
The formation of prickly heat is complex, and the most likely cause of prickly heat is solvent retention and water action.
In high temperature environment, intense solvent volatilization and strong solvent retention will cause solvent vapor to stay in the film, thus forming prickles.
At lower temperatures, the fluidity of wet coatings is poor, especially when the surface temperature is low due to solvent volatilization, the fluidity is worse, and it is more suitable to cause solvent vapor retention.
Water is also easy to cause prickles. The moisture in the paint and the moisture in the construction environment are uniform, while the prickles caused by the moisture erosion of the coating film are often uneven, such as worms generally have certain patterns.
Bubble prevention measures
Improve the dryness of the film, thereby improving the solvent release of the film;
Avoid construction drying at bottom temperature.
The polarity of solvents is reduced, which reduces the retention of solvents.
Use the correct surface aids to improve the surface permeability;
Use the right diluents and curing agents.
