Foaming phenomenon of epoxy floor
Foaming is manifested by the presence of bubbles in the paint film. The main reason is that some floor paint coatings contain substances that automatically decompose and release gases. Stirring will also mix gases in the paint. The temperature is too high. The coating solidifies before the gas in the paint is released, and the gas will remain in the coating and form bubbles.
Solution: The surface of the base material should be cleaned, the moisture content of the base material should not be too high. High temperature resistant paint, such as water on the surface of the base material, should be painted after the water is thoroughly dried. If air bubbles have been generated, the air bubbles can be shoveled off with a spade and repainted with paint.
