    在混凝土环氧地坪施工过程中出现较多的是温度应力裂缝,产生这种裂缝的主要原因是由于基础温差和混凝土内外温差过大或由于其它原因产生的应力释放,根据表现形式的不同又可分为表面裂缝、深层裂缝、贯通裂缝三种。在一定条件下,表面裂缝会发展成深层裂缝,深层裂缝也会发展成贯穿裂缝,因此若不及时对裂缝进行修复,将会直接影响到环氧地坪的装饰效果。

    用环氧树脂浆料进行表面修补,其处理要点是先清洁需处理的表面,然后用毛刷反复涂刷配置好的环氧树脂浆料,每隔3~5min涂一次,至涂层厚度达到0.5mm左右为止。用这种处理方法的环氧树脂浆料可渗入深度达5~15mm,能有效对微裂缝进行铆固,防止其继续扩散。

    嵌缝法是裂缝修补中最常用的一种方法,是在只用表面处理不能充分修补的场合所采用的修补方法,它通常是在待修补的混凝土裂缝内部和表面用高速旋转的切割机沿裂缝切15mm×30mm “V”形或“U”型槽口,清理干净并使其干燥,在槽中嵌填塑性或刚性修补材料,以达到封闭裂缝的目的。
