1. Cement Ground Treatment
Objective: To clean up the surface impurities of concrete cement and ensure the adhesion of epoxy primer.
The strength, dryness and smoothness of cement ground should meet the requirements of specifications.
Cement ground strength: steel brush friction can be used on site, rebound tester can be used to test the surface strength of concrete cement ground, or small hammer can be used to hit the base surface to determine.
Dryness of cement ground: The site is determined by the maintenance time after construction, that is, to observe whether the surface is white or to test the moisture content on site.
Cement surface smoothness: 2 m ruler can be used to adhere to the base surface. The maximum gap between the ruler and the base should be less than 4 mm. During construction, the base surface should be polished with a professional grinder, and check whether there are cracks in the base surface. If there are hollow shells, they should be cut and cleaned in depth and filled with epoxy mortar. Dry treatment should be carried out in the process of treatment, and brutal knocking should not be allowed during cleaning, so as not to knock the grass-roots on the edge loose.

2. Treatment of Cement Ground Defects
Shell lifting: If the whole surface is peeled off, the peeled area should be removed and repaired (or with quartz sand in epoxy resin). If only part of the peeled surface is peeled off, it can be repaired by resin grouting.
Cracks: When repairing the cracks, we use electric cutting machine to open a U-shaped slot about 1 cm wide along the cracks, and use resin mortar to fill the slots.
Notch: Clean up the dust and other dirt, and smooth it with resin and putty powder.
3. Epoxy resin primer coating
Objective: To penetrate concrete base, ensure the combination with concrete, and improve the adhesion of concrete base.
Construction requirements: thin and uniform, no omission
Construction method: After the ground is polished and cleaned up in the last step, the epoxy primer (main paint: curing agent = 2:1) is mixed and stirred evenly. The primer is painted evenly with roller and brush without leakage. When mixing, attention should be paid to the balance between construction progress and material consumption, not too much material should be opened at one time, so as to ensure that the material can still meet the usable time in painting, and be painted before gelatinization, so that the material can maintain good permeability and bonding performance. The purpose of bottom coating is to close the base surface and enhance adhesion. Generally, it should be maintained for more than 12 hours. After confirming solidification, the next working procedure can be carried out.

4. Construction of middle-coated epoxy mortar layer (mortar layer can increase thickness and smoothness)
Objective: To improve the flatness and wear resistance of epoxy floor.
Construction method: The epoxy resin coatings (main paint: curing agent = 5:1) are mixed proportionally and mixed with a suitable amount of 80-120 mesh quartz sand to mix evenly. Then the epoxy coatings are evenly coated on the ground with a scraper, and then polished and cleaned after being completely cured. After cleaning, the next working procedure can be carried out.

5. Epoxy Putty Layer in Scraping
Paint in Guanglei epoxy resin (main paint: curing agent = 5:1) mix proportionally and add appropriate fillers (such as quartz powder and talc powder) to mix evenly; use batch knife to cover once, with emphasis on filling the hole defect of the ground. The purpose is to adjust the flatness and fineness of the base surface. After curing, grind batch knife marks and other defects, and clean them with vacuum cleaner.
After mixing the medium coating material or the surface coating material in the correct proportion, the quartz powder or talc powder is added slowly, and the epoxy putty (finer powder, thinner, better leveling) is used to smooth the base surface as a whole. The purpose is to adjust the flatness and fineness of the base surface, and confirm that after solidification, the next working procedure can be carried out.

6. Rolling Epoxy Resin Surface Coating
OBJECTIVE: To improve the impermeability and wear resistance of epoxy flooring and to obtain a bright color surface.
Construction method: epoxy putty is cured, polished, polished and cleaned, mixed proportionally with Guanglei epoxy resin topcoat (main paint: curing agent = 5:1), stirred evenly, scraped and coated with scraper first, after curing, repaired defects, and then coated with roller roller for the second time.
Environmental requirements of painting construction: construction base should be kept clean and no cross-operation of other engineering construction is required.

Relevant construction materials and tools will be removed from the site after finishing the finish painting. Closed and tightly sealed to protect the finish finish. At least 24 hours later, people can be allowed to walk. No sediment can be brought in. It usually takes 7 days to solidify the paint film completely.
