    环氧地坪漆施工过程中常见的技术问题总结

    使用环氧地坪漆来装饰地板具有诸多优点,环氧地坪漆材料对混凝土等多种底材的附着力优良、固化收缩率低;具有良好的耐水性、耐油性、耐酸碱性、耐盐雾腐蚀等化学特性;同时具有优良的耐磨性、耐冲压性、耐洗刷性等物理特征;在使用时不易产生裂纹且易冲洗、易维修保养。但是在实际施工过程中经常会面临一些技术问题:

    The use of epoxy floor paint to decorate floors has many advantages, such as good adhesion to concrete and other substrates, low curing shrinkage, good water resistance, oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance, salt spray corrosion resistance and other chemical characteristics; at the same time, it has excellent wear resistance, stamping resistance, washing resistance and other physical characteristics; in use, it is not easy to crack and easy to wash. Easy maintenance. But in the actual construction process, there are often some technical problems: 1、起泡问题

    1. Foaming problem 环氧地坪起泡是指涂膜表面出现许多大小不均、圆形不规则的泡状鼓起现象。主要原因:环氧地坪起泡可分为表层起泡和渗透压起泡两种,起泡主要是基面存在潮气和挥发性液体,造成涂膜被顶起,形成鼓泡。

    Epoxy floor blistering refers to a number of uneven size, round and irregular blistering phenomena on the surface of the coating. Main reasons: Epoxy floor foaming can be divided into surface foaming and osmotic foaming. Foaming is mainly caused by the presence of moisture and volatile liquids on the base surface, resulting in the film being jacked up to form bubbles. 

    2、渗色问题

    2. Colour penetration problem 渗色是指在一种涂膜上涂覆另一种颜色的漆时,底层部分渗入到面层涂膜中而使面层涂膜变色的现象。环氧地坪漆产生渗色的原因主要是:1底漆不干,2底漆和面漆的色差,3没涂底或底材中含有色物质,4底漆中含有有机颜料。

    Colour penetration refers to the phenomenon that when one coating is coated with another colour paint, the bottom part penetrates into the surface coating and discolors the surface coating. The main reasons for the bleaching of epoxy floor paint are as follows: 1. the primer is dry, 2. the color difference between primer and topcoat, 3. the primer is not painted or contains colored substances in the base material, 4. the primer contains organic pigments. 

    3、镘刀痕

    3. Trowel Mark 环氧地坪镘刀痕是指环氧地坪漆涂料不能依靠自身的表面张力,消除辊筒或镘刀在施工中所留下痕迹的现象。镘刀痕的原因主要是涂料的施工黏度过高,而稀释剂的挥发速度又太快,可调整涂料的施工黏度,选用配套的稀释剂增加涂料的流平性。

    Epoxy flooring trowel marks refer to the phenomenon that the floor paint can not rely on its own surface tension to eliminate the traces left by the roller or trowel in the construction. The main reason for trowel marks is that the application viscosity of coatings is too high, and the volatilization speed of diluents is too fast. The application viscosity of coatings can be adjusted, and the matching diluents can be selected to increase the levelness of coatings. 

    4、漆面较花问题

    4. Paint Flower Problem 是指涂膜表面色彩局部不均匀,出现斑痕,条纹和色相杂乱的现象,原因主要是由于施工过程中,施工涂料没有充分搅拌均匀、涂抹不均匀以及涂料组分变质等造成。

    It refers to the phenomenon that the color of the coating surface is partially uneven, and there are spots, stripes and color disorders. The main reason is that the construction coatings are not fully stirred uniformly, uneven coating and deterioration of paint components during the construction process. 

    5、表面泛白问题

    5. Surface whitening 是指施工作业完成后,地表涂层的涂抹出现泛白现象,原因有几点:空气中的湿度过高或者温度过低,水汽在涂膜上结霜,造成固化剂里面的胺析出,产生白雾集结在表面。

    It refers to the white phenomenon of the surface coating after the completion of construction. There are several reasons: too high humidity or too low temperature in the air, water vapor frosting on the coating, resulting in amine precipitation in the curing agent, resulting in white fog gathering on the surface. 

    6、起皱鱼眼问题

    6. Wrinkled Fisheye Problem 皱是在涂膜干燥过程中因里层和表层干燥速度的差异表层急剧收缩向上收拢使涂膜表面出现皱纹不平或无规则线状等现象;鱼眼是涂料施工后部分涂膜受被涂物表面存在或混入涂料的异物影响涂料不均匀附着产生抽缩而露出被涂面的现象;是涂料在涂装后因溶剂急剧挥发使漆液来不及补充而形成许多圆形的小圈或像皮革的毛孔那样的针状小孔的现象。

    Wrinkle is the phenomenon that the surface of the coating is wrinkled or irregularly lined due to the difference of drying speed between the inner layer and the surface layer. Fish eye is the phenomenon that some coatings are contracted by the presence of foreign matter on the surface of the coated or mixed with the coatings, which results in the uneven adhesion of the coatings, and exposes the coated surface because of the sharp shrinkage of the solvent after coating. Volatilization makes it too late to replenish the paint to form many circular rings or needle-like holes like leather pores. 

    7、鼓包、分层

    7. Bulging and stratification 环氧地坪鼓包、分层是指环氧环氧地坪涂膜出现直径长度不一的鼓起,甚至整张涂膜脱离基面的现象。

    The bulging and stratification of epoxy flooring refers to the bulging of epoxy flooring film with different diameters and lengths, or even the whole film detached from the base surface. 

    8、脱落

    8, fall off 环氧地坪脱落是指环氧地坪漆涂膜无法附着在地坪基面上,成小片状起壳脱落现象。环氧地坪脱落的原因主要是基面清洁不到位,存在潮气、油污等物质,影响了环氧地坪涂膜与地坪基面之间的咬合。在施工环氧地坪漆时,严格按照环氧地坪漆施工工艺进行施工,做好基面处理工作,加强环氧地坪涂膜与地面之间的附着力。

    Epoxy flooring shedding refers to the phenomenon that the epoxy flooring paint film can not adhere to the flooring foundation surface, forming small sheets of shelling shedding. The main reason for the falling off of epoxy flooring is that the base surface is not clean enough and there are moisture, oil and other substances, which affect the occlusion between the epoxy flooring film and the base surface of the floor. During the construction of epoxy floor paint, construction should be strictly carried out according to the construction technology of epoxy floor paint, the foundation treatment should be done well, and the adhesion between the epoxy floor paint film and the ground should be strengthened. 9、起皱、有针孔问题

    9. Wrinkles and pinholes 涂膜表层出现起皱现象,主要原因是漆面内外层干燥速度不一致造成表层收拢起皮、针孔是因为固化剂与涂料混合时,因搅拌而在涂料里产生大量气泡,在固化过程中气泡不断逸出,在涂膜留下痕迹而成为针孔。

    The wrinkling phenomenon of the coating surface is mainly caused by the inconsistency of drying speed between the inner and outer layers of the coating, which results in the skin closure and pinholes on the surface. When the curing agent is mixed with the coating, a large number of bubbles are produced in the coating due to stirring. During the curing process, bubbles constantly escape, leaving traces on the coating and become pinholes. 10、环形山孔问题

    10. Ring Mountain Hole Problem 基面的密实性不均匀或是填料的分散不足都会导致地面像不沾油一样出现环形的孔,我们叫做环形山孔。解决方法是施工前一定要仔细检查基面,有问题的需要认真处理,然后才可以施工环氧地坪漆。选择分散性好的填料,并加强对材料质量的管理工作。

    The uneven density of the base surface or the insufficient dispersion of fillers will lead to the appearance of annular holes on the ground like non-oil-stained holes, which we call annular holes. The solution is to carefully inspect the base before construction. If there are problems, they need to be carefully dealt with before the epoxy floor paint can be constructed. Choose fillers with good dispersion and strengthen the management of material quality. 

    11、粗糙、开裂问题

    11. Roughness and Cracking 粗糙现象是指表层有大小不同的颗粒状物质出现,主要原因是地坪涂料中含有不易溶解的杂质及外界灰尘所导致。地表开裂现象是因为原材料和施工质量问题,导致漆层附着力下降,在外界作用力影响下,出现掉皮开裂的现象。

    Roughness phenomenon refers to the appearance of granular substances of different sizes on the surface, which is mainly caused by insoluble impurities and external dust in floor coatings. Surface cracking is caused by quality problems of raw materials and construction, which leads to the decrease of adhesion of paint layer. Under the influence of external forces, the phenomenon of peeling and cracking occurs. 

    12、露底丰满度不良问题

    12. Underground fullness problem 露底和丰满度不够多半是原材料的问题和施工的原因。环氧地坪漆想要做好的话一定要选用好的材料和使用专业的施工队因为专业才是品质的保障。

    The problem of raw materials and construction are mostly attributed to the lack of exposure and fullness. If you want to do a good job of epoxy floor paint, you must choose good materials and use professional construction team because professional is the guarantee of quality. 

    13、固化过慢

    13. Curing too slowly 固化过慢就是环氧树脂材料在特别低的温度下(10°C)固化反应变慢。5°C一下是绝对禁止施工。这个现象和黏度有着很大的关系,温度越低,黏度就会越高,那么就会比较难施工。固化时间过长会造成涂膜沾染灰尘、沙粒等赃物,甚至会拖慢工期。还有一点就是在施工现场加溶剂也会造成固化过慢,因为溶剂的挥发会带走一部分热量而冷却涂膜。

    Slow curing means that the curing reaction of epoxy resin materials becomes slower at extremely low temperature (10 degree C). It is absolutely forbidden to construct at 5 degree C. This phenomenon has a great relationship with the viscosity. The lower the temperature, the higher the viscosity will be, and it will be more difficult to construct. The curing time is too long, which will cause the coating to be contaminated with dirt, sand and other stolen goods, and even slow down the construction period. Another point is that adding solvents on the construction site will also cause the solidification to be too slow, because the volatilization of solvents will take away part of the heat and cool the film. 

    14、腻子殘痕

    14. Putty residue 腻子刮痕是指地坪涂料涂层表面刮过腻子的部分产生残痕或失光现象。原因主要是刮涂腻子部位打磨不足或者是腻子选择不当。可选用配套的腻子,并在对腻子层应充分打磨后,再进行面漆施工。

    Putty scratch refers to the phenomenon that the surface of the floor coating scratches over the putty to produce residue or loss of light. The main reason is that the place of scraping putty is not polished enough or the putty is improperly chosen. The matching putty can be selected, and the putty layer should be thoroughly polished before finishing.
