    氧地坪漆预算达到降低成本的目的方法

    大家在环氧地坪漆进行施工之前最好做好预算,这样做的好处有很多,可以很好的避免之后的一些麻烦与纠纷。树脂环氧地坪漆的粘度比较高,与环氧树脂不能够很好的相容,它还有着很好的附着力。不过树脂环氧地坪漆除了这些优点之外,还存在很多缺点。施工预算中的人工、材料、机械台班数量是在施工图预算的基础上考虑了新技术、新工艺以及经建设单位、设计单位同意的合理化建议等因素计算的。因此,在施工预算书中应附有相应的拟采用的,技术措施及合理化建议的内容,以确保施工人员及生产工人按这些措施进行施工,达到降低成本的目的。

    固化物色浅,光泽好,保色性好,与聚酰胺比较,耐化学性好,油漆不泛白,不需要诱导期,但韧性差,固化活性较低,需要加温后才能固化,只有在加入促进剂后或进行改性的条件下才能室温固化,防腐漆芳香胺,主要有间苯二胺扥这类固化剂除了简苯二甲胺,具有部分脂肪族结构特点而为液体外,其他在室温下均为固体,因此与树脂混合不便,一般需要加热才能固化,主要用于加热固化的工艺,氟碳漆也可用做改性胺固化剂的原料。

It is mainly used in heating curing process. Fluorocarbon paint can also be used as raw material of modified amine curing agent.

    一般来说,单一多胺分子量小,挥发性强,毒性大,与环氧树脂反应后交联密度大,固化物脆性大,不耐冲击,一般单一多胺特别是脂肪族单一分子量小,挥发性强,毒性大,与环氧树脂反应交联密度大,环氧地坪漆固化是涂料严重发白,减少量未反应的多胺会吸收空气中的水汽,使涂层表面发汗,上述缺点使得单一多胺作为环氧地坪树脂的固化剂,限制了其在地平涂料中的应用为了克服胺类固化剂的脆性。

Curing of epoxy floor paint is a serious whitening of coatings, and polyamines which can absorb unreacted amount are reduced. The water vapor in the exhaust air makes the surface of the coating sweat. The above shortcomings make single polyamine as curing agent of epoxy floor resin, which limits its application in horizon coatings in order to overcome the brittleness of amine curing agent.

    有机硅耐高温漆不良的耐冲击性,欠佳的耐候性及毒害作用,必须对胺类固化剂进行进一步改性,以便获得无毒或低毒。可在温室条件下固化的胺类固化剂,环氧富锌底漆反应中一般按过量,生成的加成物分子质量大,沸点和剂、粘度升高,运动场地坪对皮肤和黏膜的刺激性大幅度减少,由于加成物的固化反应一般固化反应比较快,醇酸油漆其固化产物的力学性能耐化学品性较原来的多胺稍差。

    Amine curing agents must be further modified in order to obtain non-toxic or low toxicity due to the poor impact resistance, poor weatherability and toxicity of silicone high temperature resistant paint. Amine curing agents and zinc-rich epoxy primers which can be cured in greenhouse conditions generally have excessive molecular weight, higher boiling point and viscosity. As the curing reaction of additives is generally faster, the mechanical properties and chemical resistance of alkyd paint cured products are better than those of the original. Polyamines are slightly worse.

The curing agent for polyurethane paint has high molecular weight and high annual value. The curing agent for polyurethane paint has excellent comprehensive ability. Ammonia bond makes it have very good adhesion to various aggregates, very strong peeling resistance and good wettability. The curing process of urethane is through amide reaction.
