1. Particle diameter of powder coatings? Powder coatings are mostly 10-90 fallacies, of which 60-70% are 30-40 fallacies. This kind of dust is most harmful to operators in powder spraying room.
2. Coating polishing? In the process of coating of epoxy flooring industrial floor construction, the paint film often needs polishing treatment. The dust particle size of the paint layer polishing is relatively small, the suspension time in the air is long, and it is easy to inhale into the body. Fine particles can enter the pulmonary bubbles, causing great harm.
3. Mechanical rust removal? Mechanical rust removal is mainly to remove the metal oxide skin on the floor, concrete floor dirt and old floor paint. In the floor rust removal construction, tools rust removal, sand blasting, shot blasting and other epoxy floor construction methods will be used. These epoxy floor construction methods will produce a lot of dust. At the same time, abrasive particles will also be produced by abrasive disc wear in the process of mechanical use. In order to reduce the influence of silica dust produced by abrasives, the content of silica in abrasives is generally controlled.
