Stainless steel condenser has the advantages of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and strong production capacity. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, beverage, chemical industry, pigments, resins, scientific research and other industrial sectors. Condenser is a kind of production or experimental equipment which integrates reaction vessel, reaction condition control system, raw material feeding and product export system. Operating Points of Stainless Steel Condenser:
1. Before opening the current switch of the console, the stirring switch and the speed regulating heating switch should be set to zero.
2. Wash the inner wall of autoclave, mix and joint with distilled water before feeding. After washing, clean the joint with cotton or silk cloth dipped in ethanol, and then close the cover slowly to avoid bumping into the joint.
3. When the screw is put on, it must be seated in the right place, and the torsion wrench should be crossed symmetrically to avoid uneven force. The screw should not be twisted in place at one time, but should be tightened symmetrically step by step.
4. After the screw is tightened, the vacuum is pumped by a mechanical pump first, and then the nitrogen gas is repeatedly ventilated for two to four times. The air in the kettle is exhausted, and then the vacuum is pumped into the hydrogen gas, the stirring is opened, the temperature is raised, and the normal operation is carried out.
5. After the reaction, stop stirring, exhaust the residual hydrogen in the kettle, then inject nitrogen, empty and unscrew the screw for sampling.
6.5L condenser does not tolerate strong acid. Hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid and other strong acids are forbidden in the reaction solution.

1. Flushing kettle

3. Close the kettle, the palladium/carbon catalyst dissolved in the solvent is added into the kettle through funnel feeding device, the feeding device is removed, the hydrogen copper tube is connected, and the intake and outlet are closed.
4. Close the pressure relief valve and open the hydrogen cylinder main valve
5. Adjust the pressure relief valve to 18 atmospheric pressures
6、打开进气口，调节釜内压力为5公斤左右，关闭进气口，打开出气口，调节釜内压力约为2公斤左右，关闭出气口；再次打开进气口，调节釜内压力为5公斤左右，关闭进气口，保持约15分钟，看看釜压有没有变化，考察釜的气密性；打开出气口，调节釜内压力为2公斤，关闭出气口；再次打开进气口调节压力为加氢压力（约为15公斤），打开搅拌，稍许升高釜内温度，因为放热后面反应温度升高须用夹套冷却水调节温度，间隔记录温度和压力的变化，直至压力不再变化为止。（在加氢过程中，应不断地补加氢气，具体的补加程序为：压力从15降到10 ，打开进气阀调节釜内压力重新为 15 公斤 ，关闭进气阀，同时记录补加的氢气量）
6. Close the outlet; reopen the inlet to regulate the pressure for hydrogenation (about 15 kg), open the stirring, slightly raise the temperature in the kettle, because after exothermic reaction temperature rise must be adjusted by jacket cooling water, and record the temperature and pressure changes at intervals until the pressure no longer changes. (In the process of hydrogenation, hydrogenation gas should be continuously supplemented. The specific procedures are as follows: the pressure is reduced from 15 to 10, the pressure in the regulating kettle of the intake valve is re-opened to 15 kg, the intake valve is closed, and the amount of hydrogen added is recorded.)
7. After the reaction, close the main valve of the hydrogen cylinder, open the outlet valve of the kettle, adjust the pressure in the kettle to about 3 kg, close the outlet valve, open the inlet valve, then close the inlet valve, open the outlet valve, adjust the pressure in the kettle to about 3 kg, close the outlet valve until the pressure value of the pressure relief valve reaches safety, and remove the intake device.
8. Connect the discharging device and open the intake valve to press the material out.
