1, the centrifugal fan promises full pressure starting or depressurization, but it should be noted that the current of the full pressure starting is about 5-7 times the rated current, the starting torque is proportional to the square of the voltage, and when the capacity of the power grid is insufficient, the starting of the pressure lowering should be selected.
2, when the centrifugal fan is in trial, we should read the product instructions carefully to see whether the wiring method is in accordance with the wiring diagram; it should be carefully checked whether the operating voltage of the supply fan power is in conformity with the requirements, whether the power supply is missing or the same phase, and whether the capacity of the components of the electrical appliance is in conformity with the requirements.
3, the number of people in the test is not less than two people, one person manipulates the power supply, one person observes the working condition of the fan, and finds out the abnormal phenomenon immediately to see if the rotating direction is correct. After the centrifugal fan begins to work, it should be to see whether the current is balanced or whether the current is beyond the rated current; if there is no normal current, it is abnormal. The phenomenon should be stopped to check. After working for five minutes, stop to check if there is any abnormal phenomenon of the fan, admit that there is no abnormal phenomenon and then start the work again.
4, when the double speed centrifugal fan is test, we should start the low speed first to see whether the rotation direction is correct; it is necessary to start at high speed when the fan is stopped, so as to prevent the high speed reverse rotation and cause the switch trip and motor damage.
5. When the centrifugal fan reaches the normal speed, it is necessary to measure whether the input current of the fan is normal, and the working current of the centrifugal fan can not exceed its rated current. If the working current exceeds its rated current, check whether the supply voltage is normal.
6、离心风机 所需电机功率是指在必定工况下，对离心风机和风机箱，进风口全开时所需功率较大。若进风口全开进行工作，则电机有损坏的风险。风机试车时最好将风机进口或 出口管道上的阀门封闭，工作后将阀门渐渐敞开，到达所需工况停止，并留意风机的工作电流是否超越额定电流。
6. The power required by the centrifugal fan is larger than that required for the centrifugal fan and fan box when the inlet is fully opened under certain conditions. If the intake port is fully open, the motor is at risk of damage. When the fan is in test, it is better to close the valve on the inlet or outlet pipe of the fan. After working, the valve will be opened gradually to the required condition, and whether the working current of the fan exceeds the rated current.
