Wind power pipeline system meets the GB50243-2002 standard of "Acceptance and Acceptance Standard for Construction Quality of Ventilation and Air Conditioning Engineering". It usually consists of circulating system, heating system and over-temperature exhaust system. Circulation system, over-temperature exhaust system, heating system and supporting duct system are installed on the top of aging roof without occupying other space. Circulation system uses circulating fan and supporting duct to circulate, which can ensure uniform temperature in the test area. Heating system uses electric heater to heat, heater is placed in the circulating duct on the aging roof, and fire-proof and heat-insulating materials are added around it. PID temperature module is used to control the temperature. After the temperature reaches the required temperature of the product, the power of the heater is automatically adjusted according to the fluctuation of the indoor temperature and the insulation of the insulation panels, so that the indoor temperature can be accurately stabilized. The indoor temperature can be increased to the set temperature within a specified time. When the temperature rises to the set value, the heater stops heating. The heater has an overheating protection device. (EGO), if the customer's own products are heated, they use superheated exhaust system, electric louver automatic negative pressure exhaust system with small calorific value, low noise fan exhaust system with large calorific value, and frequency converter to control its speed.
Cyclic temperature control process:
The heater stops heating when the heater starts to heat and reaches the set temperature.
As time goes on, the temperature in the product area will gradually rise when the temperature exceeds the set upper limit.
The exhaust system starts to operate and the superheated gas in the product area is discharged outdoors. The frequency converter will control the outdoor exhaust fan to run. When the temperature drops to the lower limit of the set value, the fan will stop exhaust and the exhaust system will be closed at the same time. The circulating system always keeps the circulating state during the aging process to ensure the temperature balance. The whole system has the characteristics of stable performance, precise control, small temperature fluctuation, high equilibrium and low noise.
A low-grade high-quality circulating fan with 3 mm thick asbestos wrapped air duct is used to keep heat and reduce noise. According to the acoustic principle, canvas and springs are used for soft joint treatment in all dynamic parts in order to reduce noise to the lowest standard.
Aging room control system;
Two-stage PID is used to adjust the heating quantity to realize the precise control of the temperature in the test area (product area). At the same time, the temperature controller can display any temperature in the test area in real-time rolling. The temperature in the load area can also be monitored with independent load to prevent the temperature in the load area from being too high, so as to facilitate customers to accurately grasp the temperature situation in the test area. The control system also sets up various protection functions, such as overtemperature alarm protection, fan fault alarm protection, windless alarm protection, indoor smoke induction alarm protection, etc. The perfect protection function ensures the long-term stable and trouble-free operation of the aging room. Product test stand is usually designed according to customer's products and requirements. If the load is needed, the corresponding supporting production of the load frame is made. The design of the general test frame requires that the structure is stable and reasonable, the operation is convenient, the appearance is beautiful, and the function is satisfied, so as to meet the customer's requirements to the greatest extent.
