Hot blast stove is equipped with ash cleaning device, which can remove the ash deposited on the heating surface of hot blast stove in time to ensure the efficient and stable operation of hot blast stove. The economizer is arranged at the tail of the hot blast stove, and the air preheater can also be arranged according to the user's needs. Compared with traditional hot stove, hot stove has higher efficiency and lower exhaust temperature. The surface temperature of hot blast stove is low and the heat dissipation loss can be neglected by using high efficiency heat preservation material. (4) The environmental protection emission of biomass hot-blast stove is about 1.5% of the ash produced by biomass combustion. In order to facilitate ash removal, screw slag discharger is arranged at the back of hot-blast stove to realize continuous ash removal. A dust collector is arranged in the tail flue of the hot blast stove to ensure that the dust discharge meets the requirements of environmental protection.
