1. Gas Emission Standards
According to expert analysis, the biomass fuel hot blast stove can achieve zero CO2 emission, micro-emission of NOx, SO2 emission less than 33.6 mg/m3, and smoke emission less than 46 mg/m3. Compared with coal-fired and oil-fired hot blast stoves, its pollution index is very low. According to the national emission control index of air pollutants, the emission standard of hot blast stove is SO2 < 100mg/m3 and smoke < 100mg/m3. Therefore, the emission standard of biomass hot blast stove meets the control index, and the emission concentration is far below the national standard.
2. Solid emissions
In addition to discharging gases, the biomass hot blast stove also discharges solids, the main component of which is ash after combustion. Fuel contains about 70% fiber content, less than 1/10 of carbon content, sulfur and chlorine content are less than 0.07%, nitrogen content is less than 0.5%, so the solid ash content is relatively low, which meets the national emission standards.
3. The pollutant control requirements of a single power-generating hot-blast stove with over 65 t/h output and using biomass fuels such as bagasse, sawdust and bark are implemented in accordance with the emission standards for atmospheric pollutants in thermal power plants (GB13223-2003).
4. The maximum allowable emission concentration of air pollutants from a coal-fired hot-blast stove with a single output of 65 t/h or less, which uses biomass fuels such as bagasse, sawdust and bark, is executed in accordance with the "Standard for Discharge of Air Pollutants from Hot-blast Stove" (GB13271-2001).
5. Where there are local emission standards which are stricter than the national standards, the local emission standards shall be implemented.
6. On the premise of meeting the emission standards of our country, the emission limits of the imported combustion equipment projects should meet the design and operation requirements of the imported equipment supporting pollution control facilities.
