    浅谈热风炉在农作物方面的节能效果稳定性

Based on the drying process parameters of honeysuckle and cauliflower, a set of hot blast stove and its supporting intelligent control system were designed, and the stability of hot blast velocity and temperature at the outlet of hot blast stove was tested and verified. In the control system, the fuzzy self-adaptive PID was used to calculate the control parameters of hot blast temperature at the outlet of hot blast stove. The main contents of this paper are as follows:

    (1)讲述了农作物干燥成都找人公司的种类和智能控制系统在国内外研究现状和发展趋势。选用了以生物质作为燃料,以循环水进行热交换介质,分别对控制风机转速来对热风风速进行智能控制和控制水泵电机的转速来实现温度的随时调节;

    (2)设计了农作物干燥成都***的结构部分。通过数学建模,对流体的经济流速分析,确定了成都***燃料炉膛部分、水箱部分和热交换部分的形状和尺寸。并选型材料,使在经济的情况下运行;

    (3)设计了热风炉控制系统的硬件部。具体包括传感器检测电路、电源转换电路、风机水泵转速控制电路、人机交换电路等;

    (4)设计了热风炉的智能控制系统。保证出风口热风温度和风速稳定,以单片机STM32作为主控,采用了模糊自适PID算法来控制温度,通过Matlab等工具进行仿真试验;

    (4) The intelligent control system of hot stove is designed. To ensure the stability of the hot air temperature and wind speed in the outlet, STM32 is used as the main control unit, and the fuzzy self-adaptive PID algorithm is used to control the temperature. The simulation experiment is carried out by means of MATLAB and other tools.

    (5)对热风炉样机进行验证试验,通过改变指标,对三种温度和风速模式都进行验证,终得到的出风口的温度与标准温度相比较,得出稳定性为95%以上。

    (5) The validation test of the hot blast stove prototype is carried out. By changing the index, the three temperature and wind speed modes are validated. Compared with the standard temperature, the final temperature of the outlet is more than 95%.
