The manufacturer talks about the stability of energy-saving effect of hot-blast stove in crops. At present, the use of hot-blast stove has spread to a wide range of industries. Nowadays, it is more popular in the field of crops. Because of its better energy-saving, it has been widely used. According to the investigation of hot-blast stove manufacturer of hot-blast stove manufacturer, it is known that with the rapid development of agricultural economy, hot-blast stove manufact Exhibition, the backward drying technology of crops and the sharp increase in crop production have become a serious contradiction. The research of drying related mechanical equipment, especially the design and intelligent research of hot stove, has become a key problem to be solved urgently. Under the background of advocating saving and intellectualization in our country, our company aims at the shortcomings of high energy consumption, low efficiency, high labor cost and poor quality of drying products of hot blast stoves for crop drying. Based on the drying process parameters of honeysuckle and cauliflower, a set of hot blast stove and its supporting intelligent control system were designed, and the stability of hot blast velocity and temperature at the outlet of hot blast stove was tested and verified. In the control system, the fuzzy self-adaptive PID was used to calculate the control parameters of hot blast temperature at the outlet of hot blast stove. The main contents of this paper are as follows:
(1) The types of crop drying hot blast stoves and the research status and development trend of intelligent control system at home and abroad are described. Using biomass as fuel and circulating water as heat exchange medium, the speed of fan is controlled intelligently and the speed of pump motor is controlled to adjust the temperature at any time.
(2) The structure of the hot blast stove for crop drying was designed. The shape and size of fuel furnace, water tank and heat exchange part of hot blast stove are determined by mathematical modeling and analysis of economic flow velocity of fluid. And select material to make it run under economic conditions.
(3) The hardware of hot stove control system is designed. Specifically, it includes sensor detection circuit, power conversion circuit, fan and pump speed control circuit, man-machine switching circuit, etc.
(4) The intelligent control system of hot stove is designed. To ensure the stability of the hot air temperature and wind speed in the outlet, STM32 is used as the main control unit, and the fuzzy self-adaptive PID algorithm is used to control the temperature. The simulation experiment is carried out by means of MATLAB and other tools.
(5) The validation test of the hot blast stove prototype is carried out. By changing the index, the three temperature and wind speed modes are validated. Compared with the standard temperature, the final temperature of the outlet is more than 95%.
