At the same time, the two-dimensional heat transfer mathematical model of grid brick in regenerator is established in gas hot blast stove, and the calculation method of z-optimal air mixing quantity is put forward, and the z-optimal air mixing quantity is obtained. With the increase of living area, the air temperature rises. When the living area exceeds the critical value, the high temperature zone expands downward, the temperature drop accelerates during the air supply period, and the required z-optimal air mixing volume increases, and the air temperature decreases. With the decrease of pore diameter, the increase of thermal conductivity, the decrease of specific heat capacity, the decrease of gas consumption per unit volume of air, the decrease of CO concentration, the decrease of preheating temperature and the decrease of excess air coefficient, the preferred area of Z decreases gradually. In addition, with the increase of excess air coefficient, the temperature of high Z air supply increases at first and then decreases, and there is a suitable excess air coefficient of Z.
The actual production data of Baosteel BF hot blast stove were tested and collected by gas hot blast stove. On this basis, the heat balance calculation was carried out, and the calculation results were compared and analyzed. The results show that the thermal efficiency of the hot blast stove of No. 4 BF is higher than that of the domestic advanced level, but the thermal efficiency of the hot blast stove of No. 4 BF is lower. The main reason is that the hot blast stove of a blast furnace has insufficient combustion, large heat loss, and low utilization level of waste heat recovery device of flue gas. Reasonable excess air coefficient or oxygen-enriched combustion mode can be adopted to enhance thermal insulation measures, and the flue gas waste heat recovery device can be reformed or replaced to improve the thermal efficiency of a blast furnace hot blast stove.
