For a long time, according to different needs and different fuels, people have developed a variety of hot stoves. At present, natural gas, coal, electricity, oil and solar energy are the main heat sources used in hot blast stoves. The main heating forms are direct flue gas and indirect heat transfer. The types of heat exchangers are more complex and changeable, including tubular, non-tubular and heat pipe type. There are large and small power. Hot blast stoves can be classified according to fuel, combustion mode and heating mode. According to the fuel type, it can be divided into solid fuel hot blast stove, liquid fuel hot blast stove and gas fuel hot blast stove.
According to the difference of fuel or heat source, it can be divided into biomass-fired hot-blast stove, gas-fired hot-blast stove, coal-fired hot-blast stove, oil-fired hot-blast stove, electric heater and solar collector.
According to the heating form, there are mainly direct flue gas type hot stove and indirect heat exchange type hot stove. According to the different heat carriers, indirect heat exchanger hot stoves can be divided into heat conducting oil heating furnace, steam hot stove, flue gas hot stove and so on. According to the different forms of heat exchanger, it can be divided into tubeless hot stove, tubular hot stove and tubular hot stove.
There are basically three combustion modes of solid fuel in furnaces: laminated combustion, suspended combustion and boiling combustion. The corresponding combustion equipment is called laminated combustion hot stove, suspended combustion hot stove and boiling hot stove respectively. Layer-fired furnaces are separately poured hot stoves, chain hot stoves and reciprocating grate hot stoves.
