    生物质热风炉技术特点:1、炉排下面有独立调节风室,两侧进风;采用新型曲臂螺杆调节结构,从而使调风通风截面比达到100%;调节灵活,布风均匀。设计推拉式闸板清灰装置,闸板采用耐热铸铁精加工密封结构,从而有效防止二次燃烧变形和炉排漏风。 2、两翼烟道成都收账设置,使烟气顺利进入前烟箱,使之前管板温度相同,避免因温度应力而产生管板裂纹。
