The vacuum hot blast stove body is divided into two parts, the upper part is a vacuum chamber (negative pressure steam chamber), and the space is equipped with a tubular steam-water heat exchanger, which is used to heat the circulating water flowing through the heat exchanger. Operating Principle: When the vacuum hot blast stove is running, the heat medium water in the furnace absorbs the heat energy released by fuel combustion under vacuum negative pressure, boils and vaporizes into low temperature steam. The low temperature steam rises and meets the system circulating water in the stainless steel heat exchanger. The heating circulating water is sent to the user for heating or sanitation. The steam itself is cooled and condensed into droplets which fall to the surface of the heat medium and then heated again, thus completing the whole cycle. The heat medium water is continuously circulating in the closed body, boiling= evaporation= condensation= heat medium water, so there is no need to supplement the condensation water and there is no danger of empty burning. The condensation heat transfer coefficient of steam and water is the highest in all heat transfer conditions.
