    我国移动脚手架的材料划分方法1)梯式脚手架单一规格钢管的脚手架。它只使用一种规格的钢管,如扣件式钢管脚手架,只使用Ф48×3.5的电焊钢管。2)门式脚手架多种规格钢管组合的移动脚手架。它由两种以上的不同规格的钢管构成,如门式脚手架。3)移动脚手架以钢管为主的移动脚手架。即以钢管为主,并辅以其它型钢杆件所构成的门式脚手架,如设有槽钢顶托或底座的里门式脚手架,有连接钢板的挑梯形脚手架等。

    移动脚手架按垂直力分类

    (1)靠接触面摩擦作用传力。即靠节点处的接触面压紧后的摩擦反力来支承横杆荷载并将其传给立杆,如扣件的作用,通过上紧螺栓的正压力产生摩擦力;

    (1) force transfer by contact surface friction. That is to say, the load of the cross bar is supported by the friction reaction after the contact surface of the joint is compressed and transmitted to the vertical bar, such as the role of the fastener, which generates friction through the positive pressure of the tightening bolt.

    (2)靠焊缝传力。大多数横杆与立杆的承插联结就是采用这种方式,门架也属于这种方式;

    (3)直接承压传力。这种方式多见于横杆搁置在立杆顶端的里梯形脚手架

    (4)靠销杆抗剪传力。即用销杆穿过横杆的立式联结板和立杆的孔洞实现联结、销杆双面受剪力作用。

    在立杆与立杆的联结中,也有3种传力方式:

    (1)承插对接的支承传力。即上下立杆对接,采用连接棒或承插管来确保对接的良好状态;

    移动脚手架按固着方式

    Mobile scaffolds are fixed.

    (1)定距连接:即联结焊件在杆件上的定距设置,杆件长度定型,联结点间距定型;

    (1) Fixed-pitch connection: that is, the fixed-pitch setting of the connecting weld on the rod, the fixed-pitch setting of the rod length and the fixed-pitch setting of the connecting point;

    (2)不定距联结:即联结件为单设件,通过上紧螺栓可夹持在杆件的任何部位上。

    (2) Uncertain distance connection: that is, the connecting part is a single unit, which can be clamped on any part of the rod through the tightening bolt.

    按作业方式

    By way of operation

    (1)插入打紧;

    (1) insert tight;

    (2)拧紧螺栓。

    (2) tighten bolts.
